WHAT LANGUAGES DO YOU TRANSLATE?
We translate ALL languages in ANY language combination.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO TRANSLATE MY DOCUMENTS?
Translation time depends on a few factors:
- The source and target language.
- Total word count and the format of the file.
- If it's an editable document or does the text need to transcribed.
Taking these factors into consideration, the average time for small projects is 24 hours or less. For large projects we will happily provide a free quote with turnaround time.
WHO TRANSLATES MY DOCUMENT?
All of our translators are certified and tested prior to working with us. They all specialize in their native language and fields to ensure maximum quality.
ARE MY TRANSLATED DOCUMENTS CERTIFIED?
All of our translations are done by certified translators. If you would like a certified translation that requires to be stamped and notarized, please request it in your translation instructions.
HOW DOES YOUR TRANSLATION PROCESS WORK?
Once we receive the project, the documents are reviewed and then assigned to a team that are experts in the requested field. Once the translation is complete it is sent to the proofreader to ensure accuracy. From here then our DTP professionals will format the file to make it look exactly like the original, then they send it to the Q.A. Department for quality assurance. Once we've completed the processes the project will be emailed to you.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A FREE QUOTE?
Quotes can be requested via email or through the FREE QUOTE tab. Once filled and sent we will confirm receipt as soon as possible. For projects that can't wait please give us a call immediately at 877-899-1760.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
For first time customers we accept all major credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment. After that you will receive an invoice and be on a 3o day payment bases in which company checks are accepted.
